One sachet per day in my evening cup of tea, very slight taste but really no issue and I’m used to it now and I feel better for it and I feel that my hair is a little thicker too…

I take mine in my morning ice tea, and apart from making it slightly cloudy you can't tell its mixed in, totally unflavoured.
