 Delivery Policy

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We also know everyone has their personal preference when it comes to shipping and that courier performance varies by area. That’s why we offer a range of delivery options via our fulfillment partner.

UK Mainland

Royal Mail - Order by 2 pm for same-day despatch

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £25

Next-Day Delivery (Before 1 pm): £8.99

Standard (Non-Tracked): £2.99

Tracked 48 (Tracking Number Provided): £3.49

Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, and certain parts of Scotland sometimes take a little longer to arrive.

If you order by the cut-off on a weekday, we will ship your parcel on the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next working day. If you order after the cut-off on Friday, your parcel will be collected on the following Monday.

Please note that whilst we promise to ship your order quickly, delivery times are not guaranteed and some parcels can occasionally take longer to arrive.

Europe

All parcels will be sent - from the UK - via Royal Mail International standard or tracked service. The service has a maximum weight of 2kg, which is roughly 5-6 bottles of gummies. Shipping can take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive at certain locations. If you have any questions regarding delivery please contact us at support@mynutrisoul.com

Note, that our shipping costs do not include any charges levied by Customs in the destination country, nor do we accept responsibility for paying these.

Rest of the World

All parcels will be sent - from the UK - via Royal Mail International tracked service. This service has a maximum weight of 2kg, which is roughly 5-6 bottles of gummies. Shipping can take up to 3 weeks to arrive in certain countries and locations. Costs below:

We have made every effort to make our shipping charges as accurate and cheap as possible. However, occasionally the amount charged may be insufficient to cover the cost. In these cases, you will be allowed to either pay the surcharge or we can cancel and refund your order.

FAQs

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?  

An email will be sent to you within 24 hours of dispatch with your tracking number with the courier you selected.

 

Help! I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?

Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order and we will do anything we can to help. You can also contact your selected courier directly and they each have a specific, simple procedure that we follow in the event of a missing parcel. For international deliveries, if your item is not delivered and is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the cost of postage. Your international parcel will be deemed lost after 21 days from the shipment date.


What if my gummies are confiscated by customs?

Please note that we ship a variety of gummy products internationally. We always make sure to provide a customs declaration form to speed up processing. However, due to the often changing laws regarding some of the products and their labeling that vary within countries and even federal territories, we cannot offer compensation in case the product is seized by customs authorities. Please check the legal requirements in your country before placing your order.
