Refund policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

1. Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and sealed in the same condition that you received them.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@mynutrisoul.com with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If it takes longer than 7-14 days please contact us via email support@mynutrisoul.com along with your order number.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@mynutrisoul.com and we’ll provide you with a return shipping label.
