As a lady in my mid 40's I thought it was time I started my collagen journey. I was overwhelmed by how many there are on the market, but I'm so pleased I picked Nutrisoul . Looking at the ingredients list, it ticks all the right boxes that the experts recommend for collagen intake. The individual sachets are perfect, you don't need to worry about measuring and getting the dose wrong. Also great for holidays. The price is good and delivery quick. I take mine in my morning ice tea, and apart from making it slightly cloudy you can't tell its mixed in, totally unflavoured. Ive only just started taking, so too early for results to show, but I'm really hoping to see improvements with my nails and menopause belly!!! So fingers crossed !!

Been a heavy vaper I go through quite a lot of electrolyte drinks as it does dehydrate you, These was the first ones I have tried from this company and I cannot fault them, They dissolve really well and all 3 flavours taste nice.
Taste nice, and unlike some are smooth and just like gummy sweets, with no grainy texture to them. These have a slight sharp taste to them, but its one I find quite pleasant. What positive affects I can't be 100% sure of and just have to trust that they help. One thing to note these particular apple cider vinegar gummies mention they also include "added B12 + Folic Acid" which if you need is a bonus.
These gummies are soft and have a pleasant fruity flavour. The recommended serving is two gummies per day. They leave no aftertaste. A simple way to take Apple Cider Vinegar.

I've had other cider vinegar gummies before, and they all have quite a sharp vinegary taste. These on the other hand don't. I'm not sure if that's a good thing though,l quite like that taste, I know I'm getting apple cider vinegar then. These aren't strong tasting at all, it's quite a pleasant flavour though. They don't have a strong smell either. They're a bit on the sweet side, so you might want to bear that in mind. Texture wise, they're quite soft gummies, and feel nice to eat.
